Front Door
Your code for this weekend will be assigned to you at check-in.
• To unlock the front door, just hit the “Schlage” logo on the top of the lock to activate the keypad (it will light up) and enter your four-digit code: ####.
• To lock the front door (we ask that you keep the house locked when you’re not there), simply hit the “Schlage” logo at the top of the lock’s keypad and the door will lock.
Internet
The Wireless Wifi network is Hacienda_Que_Syrah and the passcode is Cabernet (with a capital "C")
Wireless Music
The house features wireless music. If you would like to enjoy music throughout the house, simply download the “Sonos S2” app from the Apple app store or Google Play and follow the on-screen setup prompts to connect your phone to the Sonos system that powers all the speakers in the house. The main unit (or soundbar) is under the TV in the Game Room.
Air Conditioning
There are four central air cooling zones at Hacienda Que Syrah. If you would like your room temperature adjusted, simply tap the temperature you want on the Ecobee controller or ask Alexa to “change the temperature” to your desired temperature. All wall units have Alexa, so you can speak to them. We ask that you refrain from turning the temperature below 72 degrees. Lower temperatures generally will not cool faster, but risk freezing the AC units.
Banks
Major banks, including Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America, and US Bank are located within two miles of the house off Temecula Parkway (Hwy 79). Banking hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Banks are closed on public holidays.
Bar Service
There are two bars at the house. One in the Game Room and the other is in the Pool House. You are welcome to buy/bring your own alcohol. There is a working wine refrigerator in the Game Room. The barware is located in the bar areas and additional cups and glasses are in the kitchen. The kitchen has plastic glassware for pool use.
Barbeque
There is an outdoor grill on the backyard patio that is available for guest use.
Bedding
Extra towels and bedding are located in the hall closet opposite the half-bath near the game room. There are additional towels and bedding inside the door of the bathroom of the bathroom in the laundry room. The cabinets are opposite the sink.
Bottle & Wine Opener
Bottle and wine openers are available in the kitchen in the top left drawer of the center island.
Cable TV Service
All TVs should have Amazon Fire Sticks with various streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc). They should be logged in with house accounts but you are welcome to log out and log back in with your own accounts.

Check in is at 3:00 pm, if you require an earlier check-in please contact us in advance. A
Check-out Time
Check out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out may be arranged. Please ask before your check out day if you need a late check-out. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check out or need a window that’s greater than an hour or two from the guaranteed times, we offer half day rates.
Coffee and Tea
There is a filterless 12-cup Coffee Maker in the main kitchen area.
Cookware
Pots and pans are located above the stove the main kitchen stovetop. The apartment kitchen has its own supplies.
Dishware
There is dishware for 24 people located in the kitchen cabinets. You are welcome to use any dishware, but we ask that you rinse and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher before departing the property.
Fireplaces
There are five fireplaces in the house. We ask that if you use the wood burning fireplaces, you only use store bought fire logs and you do not leave fires burning or remove hot coals for any reason.
Food Delivery
There are several nearby restaurants that deliver quickly. We recommend UberEats, Postmates and DoorDash, each offer on-demand delivery from several hundred local restaurants. Continue reading for restaurant recommendations.
Hairdryers
Hairdryers are located in the cabinets of each bathroom.
Housekeeping
Mid-stay housekeeping is available. If you need housekeeping assistance during your stay, please call to arrange a housekeeper in advance.
Hot Tub
There is an in-ground hot tub the rear lawn. Hot tub use is at your own risk. Hot tub hours are from 10 am to 10 pm on weekdays and 10 am to midnight on weekends. Music can be played from the pool house, but amplified music is not allowed in the hot tub after 10 pm any day of the week. To turn up the temperature on the hot tub, turn on the Jet Pump button and turn on the Heater button from the pool house controller. No one under 18 is allowed in the spa without adult supervision. When you are finished using the hot tub, please turn off the Jet Pump and Heater buttons.
Internet
There is a whole house Wi-Fi system. We have the fastest satellite Internet available at 100 MBPS. The network name is Hacienda_Que_Syrah and the password is Cabernet. (note: capital “C”.) In case you need to reset it, the main router is in the Game Room cabinet to the right of the TV. It says “VIASAT” on it. Just unplug the power from the white triangle shaped box and wait 2-3 minutes for it to reset and reconnect to the satellite.
Ice Supply
There is an ice maker in the refrigerator of the main kitchen.
Iron and ironing board
The iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room closet. It’s to the left when you walk in.
Refrigerator
There is a refrigerator and a freezer located in the main kitchen available for guest use. There is a second refrigerator and freezer located in the Apartment. A third freezer is located in the passageway area near the laundry room. An additional small refrigerator is in the pool house and a wine refrigerator is in the bar in the game room.
Silverware
Silverware is located in the drawer that’s second from the left on the center island in the kitchen.
Towels
Extra towels are located in hall closet opposite half-bath near the game room. Pool towels will be left either outside near the outdoor dining table or in the laundry room.
Transportation Recommendations
1) London Executive Sedans - Temecula Black Car service has several tour packages to meet your needs and budget. This is a fun and individualized experience for you to enjoy at your pace. 3) Jeep - Check out Sun Rider Wine Tours if you are interested at http://www.sunriderwinetours.com May be fun if you care to get the wind through your hair!
4) Taxi - Many cabs will pick you up and drop you off as needed or you can rent by the hour. This allows you to do everything at your pace and your call. We can make several winery recommendations so that you know just where to go!
5) Bike - We don't have bikes on property, but we have had guests bring bikes and head for the trails. Several are within a reasonable bike ride.
6) Walk - Our favorite winery just so happens to be less than a 1/4 mile away! You can walk to experience the best wine, educated and friendly staff, and magical experience at http://www.briarrosewinery.com
7) Uber - Just started service in Temecula. Even though the fleet isn’t huge, yet, it’s a very convenient and relatively cheap mode of travel. If you’re not already an Uber member, just download the app and use the code QueSyrah when signing up to get $20 in free credit just for signing up.

• Miramonte - fun vibe, great vistas from sprawling balcony. Good Sangria. Open until 10 pm on weekends.
• Robert Renzoni – Great Italian-style wines. Awesome new tasting room. Amazing restaurant for lunch (gourmet salads and sandwiches.)
